A one-to-one breathwork session delivered online via Zoom. Perfect if you're not local to Anglesey or prefer to experience breathwork from the comfort of your own home.

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that brings you to the threshold between waking and sleeping -- a deeply restorative state where the body heals and the mind releases. Suitable for complete beginners, all you need to do is lie down and listen.
