Breath and Beyond is a breathwork and wellness practice based on the Isle of Anglesey, run by Tilly Thomas. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our website or attend our sessions.
When you complete the registration and medical waiver form, we collect:
When you book through our online calendar, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the session you have chosen and any notes you choose to add. This is used only to hold your place, match your bank transfer to your booking and contact you about your session. Booking details are stored securely in our website's private booking system, hosted by Netlify, and a copy is emailed to Tilly. Payments are made by bank transfer directly to Tilly, so we never see or store your card or bank login details. Booking records are deleted on request, or kept only as long as needed for our accounts.
Your medical information is collected solely to ensure your safety during breathwork sessions. It is never used for marketing purposes and is never shared with third parties. We collect only what is necessary for your safe participation.
Your registration form is submitted securely and stored in Tilly's private email inbox. It is not shared with any third party and is not stored on any public server. Medical information is treated as strictly confidential at all times.
We retain your registration information for as long as you are an active participant in Breath and Beyond sessions. If you would like your information deleted at any time, please contact Tilly directly and it will be removed promptly.
